Return and complaint

You have the right to return the purchased product within 14 days of receiving the package (right to withdraw from the sales contract).
You do not even have to give a reason for the return (withdrawal), although we will appreciate such information - we will use it to construct the offer of the store and improve its operation.
If you want to exchange a product, return it and then place a new order.
Step by step - how to return the purchesed products?
You can return it by sending the package back at your expense, using the "Return Document" which you will find in the package or write down your own statement of withdrawal from the contract.
Fill it in carefully, remembering to provide the bank account number and to sign the document. You can also download a new document from our website (download, .PDF format).
We will be grateful if the products will be in the manufacturer's original packaging.
Pack the returned product and, together with the signed statement of withdrawal the return form provided by us and send it to:

with the note "Return"
The return is made at your own expense, which is not refundable.
You are responsible for reducing the value of the products as a result of using them in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of these products.
Sign the return document. Return documents without a signature are considered invalid.
The payment refund may take from 5 to 14 days from receipt of the returned products in CARLAMPS warehouse or from the day when you provide proof of its return, depending on which of these events occurs earlier, on the basis of applicable law.
If you paid for the order in cash on delivery and provided the bank account in the form - the refund will be made to the account indicated in the form; If you have made a prepayment - we will refund the payment to the card or account from which the payment was made.
Do not send COD (cash on delivery) parcels to us - we do not have the technical ability to recieve such a package.
Due to the protection of the shipment and the speed of its delivery, we recommend sending the goods by courier or by using the postal option "Confirmation of posting"/"Registered parcel".

For all products purchased in the online store, you have the rights due to defects constituting non-compliance of the products with the contract for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase in accordance with the Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights.

You can also make a description of the complaint/claim yourself based on the content of the form, but we encourage you to use the form we have prepared, which will make recognition of your complaint easier and faster.

Complaints are recognized immediately, but no later than within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product that the complaint concerns.
In the event that the complaint is considered justified, we will fulfill the complaint in accordance with applicable law in the scope of warranty.
